ASMR for your listening pleasure

So I know I’ve mentioned a new obsession of mine in a previous post; that new obsession being: ASMR. For those who don’t know, ASMR stands for “autonomous sensory meridian response.” It is still a relatively new creation, but it has taken YouTube by storm. It describes a feeling of euphoric tingling and relaxation that can come over someone when he or she watches certain videos or hears certain sounds.

Personally, there’s a lot of ASMR on my YouTube Recommended List. But it really does help me relax! I didn’t think it would have a profound affect on me. After all, it’s mostly whispering and tapping and all that right? But something about some of these triggers is. Absolutely. FANTASTIC.

My favorite triggers include: light, tapping (on cups specifically), makeup roleplays, water sounds, and some others that randomly appear in videos.

When pondering how many I actually enjoy, I thought it would be really fun if I could share some of my favorites with you. So, without further ado, here’s my list of favorite ASMR videos! Let me know if you like them to in the comments below 🙂
