- Coordinate with program directors for upcoming programs and the designs for their desired marketing materials, including check-ins and editing
- Design marketing assets for YMCA events, programs, and other notices for Y members

Visitor Assistant / David Owsley Museum of Art

- Acted as Lead, coordinating with fellow assistants for events and daily tasks such as a checklist
- Answered phone calls and directed calls to the staff from the front desk
- Assisted with planning and coordination of programs and outreach, including cash handling, event setup, etc.
